Support » Plugin: Woocommerce Product Options Plugin, Custom Product Addons » No support/reply from FME after 2-3 days

  • I’ve been trying to reach out to FME for support for a few days now. The plugin works front-end but the not back-end. The orders don’t show the custom options and the emails don’t include them either. I’ve invested a lot of time getting this plugin configured and our information into around a hundred products but now it looks like I’m going to have to find another option.
    I’ve contacted them both from their website and on WordPress support under their product to no avail. Its rare that I leave reviews, but when a company promises “Life Time Support” and so far has none, I can’t go without leaving one.

    We didn’t receive email or if we missed we do apologize but we do our best to provide 100% support to our all customers, even we provide free support to our free plugins.

    If you still have issues then we can fix them asap and also we will check why you were not replied so could you please let us know where did you contact us via email or logged ticket (http://support.fmeextensions.com) ? So we can get into your matter asap and know what was the reason you weren’t replied back.
    Once again we do apologize for inconvenience.

    Custom options are shown in backend on order details page, we have once again tested our module and in email custom options are not sent in the free version. This feature is available in pro version so it’s not an issue if that is the case.

    @amazon3d, did you find a solution for this problem? I have the same issue..
    Any other options availible?
