This is hard coded, if you want to change you can change it from file, in the front/view/product_custom_options.php on line 39 replace “:-” this with “:”.

No showing Prices by default issue, this is not an issue we are not showing price by default, when user select option then Option Total and Final Total will be shown.
Option is required no working: for this issue can you exactly tell us on which option type you are facing this issue? as you can check on our demo http://woocommerce.fmeaddons.net/productcustomoptionsfree/?product=test-product there is no issue like you described. can we check where you add this module so we can verify the issue, we will address your issue and provide you solution.
