Please update again to latest version 2.9.5.8 and let me know if you problem persists.
In my WP 3.5 i don’t have any problem,if you still have the same problem please add me on skype (same as my username) and i will help try to figure it out.

2.9.5.6 should fixed this. Please let us know if it’s working for you.
We will inspect the whole code again and make a fresh install of the plugin to fiind out what could cause this problem. Please stay in touch with the plugin page because we will release a new version with a lot of bug fixes including your verry soon.
