Hi Jordi.
It only happens when the Media File Renamer is enabled. And yes the last version is installed.
I Will buy the PRO version today and see if the same problem is with that version. Ik have tested IT with two free version on two different sites: same problem
Deactivating the plugin restores the dashboard

HenriHello,
Thanks for willing to help.
OK, but to what person and emailadress can I sent the themefiles.
I also alreasdy send a email to https://publishpress.com/contact/ but they did not yet answer my (same) question. So I posted it also in this forumI noticed that the critical error appears with the use of the theme Flatsome on my site. I use this theme on 3 sites and on all 3 sites there is this critical error.
I own also 2 sites with the Enfold theme and have no problem on these sites. On a site with the Flatsome theme and the critical error, I changed the theme to a default WordPress theme, et voila no problem. Changing back to Flatsome theme, error appears again.
So there is something in the Flatsome theme (and perhaps other themes) that conflicts with happyforms
When I turned on the debug mode, I saw something with “kirki” or something likes thatGreetings Henri
Hello. Same here…
I used Happyform a while ago and recieved the the same critical error as Liz already explained. I used the version 1.8.15
After trying other plugin forms i decided to go back to Happyform. Now installing version 1.9.8 – same error… I
I also bought the Happyform pro version. Downloaded Version 1.10.9
After installing the free version was de-activated and when starting a new form in the pro version, same critical error.
So what is going on…?
I do NOT recieve an email with details from the siteGreetings Henri

Recieved an answer from support:
For the rules update issue, our latest plugin release improved reporting so that the plugin will notify you if it can’t finish the WAF rule update process. However, in most cases we’ve found that the WAF rules are actually being updated, but a second part of the process that downloads malware signatures doesn’t always complete, and are working on a solution to be released in the near future – in the meanwhile, it’s likely that the rules are being updated, but you can check this by looking at the timestamp on wp-content/wflogs/rules.php – if the “last modified” timestamp on the file is the last time you updated the rules, then the rules are up to date. Note that the malware signatures are also separately download by the scanner so this should not affect scanning performance.
Same issue here…I own 3 sites. 1 site has no problem, and the duplicate task takes 4,5 minutes. The two other sites get the Built Interrupt Error after 5 minutes.
These two sites did not change in size (188MB and 1001MB) during last month and i had never problems in duplicating these sites.
I think that it has to do with the “Allowed runtime” of 500 seconds… but my hoster (not a budget host!) has not changed anything in the settings.
So please helpHenri
