Did you already find a solution for the problem? I have this issue on all my 6 installed websites. Never had problems… Even after upgrading to version 1.5.1 the problem excists.
There should be changed something in the way Duplcator works, because I did not change anything on my server site. Even My host has no explanation.
I can not imagine that we are the only ones with this problem using Direct Admin…Thanks Henri
Addition:
There is that critical error but when I go back one page back (<-) the backup is created and shown.
I also noted tthat this error is on one site, an other site is OKEven after setting the “grand” option problem exists

I think the settings are ok here, but I will now install version 1.7.4.2 for now.

In my email for the admin I placed the following lines:Dear Admin
