I searched a bit more in the PHP server and found the intl.
It was installed but not activated.Now it looks ok and no more issues occurred.
It needs more testing but I think it is solved.Thanks for the help

On the php server (cpanel in ptservidor), in PHP Pear Packages, we installed “I18N_UnicodeNormalizer 1.0.0”. Was that the one we were supposed to install? Still, the result was the same.
Any more suggestions?

Sorry for not giving you too much information about this issue.I say that it is the plugin because when it is activated, our site and even the admin Pages become erratic. I loose the ability to edit Pages and the formatting of the page itself becomes arrange. As soon as I deactivate the plugin, everything returns to normal.
If you believe that other issue is afecting our website, please give us some advice.
