Plugin not working

    Hi to all

    The plugin is not working on our website (fermodel.pt) since November.

    At first I thought that it was because we changed the password of the Google account but we deleted cache and history of the browsers and the problems persists.

    Here is the error message we receive (sorry but is in Portuguese)

    Hi again.

    Sorry for not giving you too much information about this issue.

    I say that it is the plugin because when it is activated, our site and even the admin Pages become erratic. I loose the ability to edit Pages and the formatting of the page itself becomes arrange. As soon as I deactivate the plugin, everything returns to normal.

    If you believe that other issue is afecting our website, please give us some advice.

    Hi,
    could you please check whether the intl-normalizer extension is enabled in your PHP installation?

    Hi again, thanks for the feedback.

    On the php server (cpanel in ptservidor), in PHP Pear Packages, we installed “I18N_UnicodeNormalizer 1.0.0”. Was that the one we were supposed to install? Still, the result was the same.

    Any more suggestions?

    Hi,
    that is not the same thing as far as I can tell. I am talking about the Intl extension (sorry for not using the precise name previously): https://www.php.net/intl

    Hi again.

    I searched a bit more in the PHP server and found the intl.
    It was installed but not activated.

    Now it looks ok and no more issues occurred.
    It needs more testing but I think it is solved.
