@phcaraujo I’ve used Google Translate to get your message in English:

I would like to know how to create a deep link to add the product to the cart automatically and then take the customer to checkout

    Example:

    https://www.dropestore.com/checkout/?add-to-cart=2936

Even if the customer has never accessed the site, however, if you access through this link he will go straight to the checkout page with the product added.

I’d recommend using the WooCommerce Add to Cart Redirect extension. This plugin will let you configure a global redirect that for customers to be taken to a specific page after adding a product to their cart.

This will apply to products added to the cart by clicking a button on the site, or products added to cart by a custom link like the one you shared. So, when a user clicks on that link, they’ll be automatically redirected to the checkout page where the product would have been added already.

Are you seeing this empty dashboard issue on the main Dashboard page of the wp-admin? Or is this the WooCommerce Dashboard tab that is added by the WooCommerce Admin plugin?

If you can share a screenshot of this screen, it might be able to clarify things.

It sounds like there’s software on your site that is trying to call a piece of code that has been deprecated.

You can start by making sure that you are running the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce, your theme, and all other plugins that you may have activated on the site.

If the problem is still there after updating, I’d recommend testing for conflicts. Here’s what I would suggest:

    1. Switch the theme to the free Storefront theme.

    2. Deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce and check if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved then please move on to the next step.

    3. Activate features one by one while testing for the issue, until you find the one that is causing this behavior.

We recommend that these steps are taken on a staging site, which is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging. This plugin lets you copy and redeploy a WordPress site with minimal work.

You can manually enter the SKU of each variation, but I don’t know of any plugins that would do this automatically.

Perhaps editing the variations in bulk using the built-in importer tool might help?

I’m thinking you could use two extensions to accomplish this: Product Add-Ons and Dynamic Pricing.

This would allow you to set up a variable product, with each variation being a wine option. Then, using add-ons, you can create an extra field for customers to select if they want a customized label.

Dynamic Pricing then allows you to give customers bulk discount. Note, however, that the discount would have to be given to the main product itself (the wine), and not on the add-on (the label).

Hopefully this gets you started in the right direction.

As mentioned above, the built-in importer tool allows you to import multiple images, as long as the URLs are separated by commas.

You can find more documentation about how this tool works at the following link:

I’m marking this thread as resolved now.

@connectivents I agree that the above code provided by @braehler should work.

I used Google Translate to get your message in English:

I am uploading the photos to my e-commerce and they are getting poor preview quality when I enter the catalog, but when I hover over it, it looks great. What can it be?

I visited your site but I couldn’t locate any images that looked particularly low quality to me. Can you point me to a product page where I can see one of the images you mention?

I’m trying to connect my woocommerce shop on http://www.getclampy.com to the WMS software (picqer) of my fulfilment party.

I’m unfamiliar with how this WMS software works. Is the connection done through a plugin, or a different method? The more details you can provide, the better.

Trying to get the Item Total to add the Item Tax

I’m not sure what you mean by this. Can you elaborate? Please share more details about what you are trying to accomplish, versus what you currently see on your website.

It sounds like you are trying to get the product total to include taxes. That is how it works out of the box, so I’m wondering whether I’m misunderstanding your enquiry.

Given that this is a public forum, we wouldn’t recommend sharing credentials in here.

If you have verified the setting, and it is unchecked, I’d recommend trying a conflict test – to makes sure there isn’t any other plugins that might be creating this behavior. To test for that, you’ll want to disable all other plugins on the site, except for WooCommerce, and verify if the same thing keeps happening.

@odicity I see some logs in that thread, but I don’t think any of that information could be used maliciously. Can you elaborate on what are you referring to when you say “vital information”?

I have followed the “Email FAQ” page but still unable to resolve the issue.

Can you share more details about what you found out when following those steps? For example, after installing the WP Mail Logging plugin, are the emails recorded in that log, or not?

Given that you are receiving critical errors, I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of this being caused by a conflict. To verify or rule that out, here’s what I would suggest:

    1. Switch the theme to the free Storefront theme.

    2. Deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce and check if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved then please move on to the next step.

    3. Activate features one by one while testing for the issue, until you find the one that is causing this behavior.

@miketurnermk Thank you for sharing those details.

However Woocommerce was only letting me fix a specific email address on this status

Did you use a special plugin to create the custom order status, or did you do that through coding?

I’m thinking –and I’m not sure this will work, so you’ll have to test it- that you can use a plugin like AutomateWoo to send that email. This plugin lets you automate tasks that are triggered upon certain triggers. So, you could create an email that is triggered when an order changes from status A to status B.

What I’m not sure of is whether AutomateWoo will recognize your custom status so that you can configure a trigger for it. But WooCommerce.com has a 30-day refund policy, so you can buy the extension and if it ends up not working for this you can request a refund within that timeframe.

Since the original issue has been resolved as per the above discussion, I’m marking this thread as Resolved.

I visited a couple product pages (this one, for example) but I was unable to locate the related products section. Have you removed that element from the page?
