Again, I’m unable to see any images that are blurry. Can you point me to a specific product I can look for on that page where you see this behavior?

When I activate the Jetpack plugin, I am able to print shipping labels, but the labels are now more expensive than before. If I deactivate Jetpack, no more shipping options.
In order for WooCommerce Services to work, Jetpack needs to be activated and connected on the site. This has always been the case since the WooCommerce Services plugin launched. No shipping labels can be printed without it.
This is clarified in the FAQ section of the plugin page.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Pagination conflict at woocommerce shortcodesThis is consistent with the expected behavior for paginated product shortcodes. The pagination adds the following to the page URL:
?product-page=1, which will change the page of all the different product shortcodes on the page.Custom coding would be needed in order to change that behavior. I’ll leave this thread open for now in case any other users have additional suggestions.

Other than that, I haven’t personally used other free plugins that offer this functionality. I’d usually recommend WooCommerce Memberships to restrict access to pages the way you mentioned. However, like the plugin you mentioned in your original message, this is a paid extension.
