The above suggestion seems to have worked, since we haven’t heard back from you in a while. I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

You can change the number of decimals that are displayed to force the calculation to stop rounding up to two decimals.

That can be changed from WooCommerce > Settings > General > Currency options > Number of decimals. Since your price is set up with three decimals, I’d recommend selecting 3 decimals in that setting.

@asasergey I have been unable to reproduce this error on a site of my own, with the same versions of WordPress and WooCommerce.

Because of this, I think the issue might be specific to your site setup, rather than a widespread bug in the plugin. Like Albert suggested above, we’d recommend testing this with just WooCommerce and WooCommerce Blocks enabled. However, don’t try to do this on your live site.

Instead, we’d recommend trying this out on a staging copy of your site. A staging site is a clone of your live website that you can modify without risking any changes or damages to your actual site. You can create a new staging environment using a plugin like WP Staging – this will let you deploy a copy of your website with minimal work.

I have no suggestions in regards to the actual code that could be used with this. However, I’ll leave this thread open for now, in case other users want to comment with additional suggestions.

Oh, got it. Yes, that’s expected. The template cannot be modified for the shop page specifically.

Is there a recommendation you have for the increase?

I’ve increased it to 10 000 at the moment and will keep an eye on it.

With that one product that you mentioned having 7,500 variations, I’m thinking even 10,000 could fall short. But it’ll be a matter of trial and error.

Did things improve after you doubled the max inout vars value?

Let us know how that goes! I’ll close this thread for now, but if you come across other issues, feel free to open a new one.

If I understand correctly, you are trying to remove the option for people to download their digital products from the Thank You page (the page they are redirected to after successful payment).

I understand this is so that you can verify that customers have entered a real email address at checkout. The only way to achieve this without customization, would be to stop receiving guest checkouts – so that customers are required to register an account on your site before making a purchase. This won’t remove the download link from the thank you page, but it will ensure that customers have purchased with a real address.

If you do want to keep guest checkout enabled, you would have to modify the template of that page to remove the download option. You can review the templates of the checkout page at the following directory in the WooCommerce repository:

How would I go about in woocomerce to add in more fields that would be selected for a product.

It sounds like you are looking to do this through coding. However, have you considered using a plugin like Product Add-Ons? It would give you the ability to create additional fields on the product page, for customers to select before adding the product to the cart.

Maybe it is worth mentioning that I have a lot of variable products. One product can have from 40 variants to 7500 variants, totalling ± 70 000 variations.

I’m thinking this might be the cause of the issues. 7,500 variations in a single product is a lot of data to process at once. You’ll want to make sure that your server is able to handle those requests.

Looking at your system status report, you may want to increase the following value from your server environment:

    PHP Max Input Vars: 5000

You may also want to contact your host and ask for help reviewing the server logs.

Yes, if you can share a screenshot of what is the text that you are looking to change the color of in particular, that would be helpful. The more details, the better.

My guess is there is a plugin conflict that is causing that fatal error. The message you shared references a plugin called woo-invoice. So, you may try to disable that particular plugin and see if that stops the fatal error from happening again.

If the issue keeps popping up, you’ll want to run a full conflict test:

    1. Switch the theme of your website to the free Storefront theme.

    2. Deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce and check if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved then please move on to the next step.

    3. Activate features one by one while testing for the issue, until you find the one that is causing this behavior.

We recommend that these steps are taken on a staging site, which is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging. This plugin lets you copy and redeploy a WordPress site with minimal work.

grouped variations (multiple of same variation) are not itemised

I’m unsure of what you mean by this. Do you have any screenshots that could help illustrate your issue/question?

You can use a service like https://snipboard.io/ to take and upload a screenshot.

During the setup wizard, you’ll notice that some suggestions are made about plugins that might be helpful for your setup. For example, depending on your location, you might get suggestions to use Stripe to take payments, or WooCommerce Services to help you with shipping fulfillments and automated taxes.

That setting about selling products in person also helps inform those suggestions. Checking that box could result in other plugin suggestions like Square, which could be useful to customers who also have a physical store location.

Other than those initial suggestions, checking or not checking that option does not have any impact in the functionality of WooCommerce.

I used Google Translate to get your message in English:

the images that appear on the store page thumbnails are of poor quality, all distorted, broken. Could you help me please?

I visited your homepage at geekaoavesso.com but I was unable to see the issues you describe. Most of the thumbnails on that page look good to me, and only a couple of them look slightly pixelated.

This product, for example, shows a pixelated thumbnail: https://geekaoavesso.com/produto/action-figure-frezza-2/

But when looking at the original image that was uploaded, even that looks of low quality – so this seems to be an issue with the image itself, the one that was uploaded to begin with.

If you are still experiencing issues, please share more details about how can we see those, or what pages are they appearing on.
