We haven’t heard from other users in a while, so I’ll proceed to close this thread for now. I’d recommend visiting the other resources recommended by Amanda below:

If it’s important for you to solve this soon and you need any coding help, you can reach out to one of WooCommerce’s customization partners:

    https://woocommerce.com/customizations

They’d be able to give you a clearer idea about the scope of the project and quote you for their services.

The Add to Cart button used by the blocks is pulled from the core WooCommerce plugin. So, changing the text in the standard WooCommerce buttons would also change it on the product blocks.

To change that label, I’d recommend using a translation plugin like Loco Translate.

These type of plugins are generally used to change text from one language to another, but they can also be used to edit text within the same language. I know it may sound strange to “translate” your own language, but it works.

Here’s what you’ll need to do once you’ve installed and activated the plugin:

    1. From the admin sidebar, click on “Loco translate” option and click on “Plugins”.
    2. Select the WooCommerce plugin from the list.
    3. I’m assuming you are using a Spanish translation, so select that translation on the list.
    4. Find the strings that you want to change with the filter box.
    5. Add your replacement texts.
    6. Click on Save, and then on Sync.
    7. Reload your site.

Here’s a video about that plugin that outlines how it is used: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUPhsoUm-QE

Thank you for elaborating. Something like this would require a custom function on your site – which goes beyond my area of expertise.

I’ll leave this thread open for now, in case anyone else from the community can jump in with any suggestions.

Thank you for sharing the additional details.

Unfortunately, I have no experience working with either of those plugins. I think your best bet would be to get in touch with a developer that can look into the code of these two plugins, and create a custom solution for your site that solves this issue.

Given that this goes outside the scope of support in this product – which is limited to the core WooCommerce plugin – I’m going to go ahead and close this thread.

If the two plugins you are using are also part of the WordPress.org repository, you might try posting on their respective support forums and see if anyone from the community there has any experience dealing with similar issues.

@odicity You can edit your post up to 1 hour after originally creating it. After that, only forum moderators can edit or delete posts.

In my experience, unless it’s an extreme case where very sensitive information has been shared, topics and replies are not edited.

it is a search on the name of of the site brings up those posts which is not nice.

Search engine hits are never considered extreme and would not be a reason that qualifies for getting a post deleted.

every one knows the cms I used and it makes me prone to trials of attacks.

If it helps give any perspective to this, anyone who is savvy enough to try and launch an attack on your website, wouldn’t have trouble discerning what CMS are you using – even without finding that post from the past. So, I don’t think that post in itself puts you at additional risk.

If you do want to try, you’d need to flag the original posts for moderation.

I’m assuming these are created as External/Affliate products?

If so, echoing the above, this might be an issue coming from a theme conflict. You can try to confirm that by temporarily switching the theme of your website to the default Storefront theme, and see if it works then.

What tool did you use to export the CSV file and then import it on the new site?

Using the built-in importer/exporter tool would create the variations correctly.

Here’s an example of what a file with the correct data to import products (including variations) looks like: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/master/sample-data/sample_products.csv

You can use that as a base to format your CSV file correctly and re-import the products.

I’m unsure of what software are you using to integrate WooCommerce with Printful. Your best bet is to look for support at that plugin, since we don’t develop an official integration with that service.

Within WooCommerce itself, you can create a variable product with more than 50 variations. You cannot, however, merge multiple variable products into one – at least not from the Dashboard.

One way to create variations in bulk is via the built-in importer tool. Creating the variations on a CSV spreadsheet, and then importing them, is usually faster than creating each variation individually from the Dashboard. However, this would be creating those variations on WooCommerce – you’d then have to figure out a way to send that over to Printful.

i have zone pricing plugin which shows amount in indian rupees to my indian customers. but my ccbill gateway only processes amount in USD

I’m not familiar with the Zone Pricing Plugin that you mention – so you may want to contact the developer of that plugin to see if there’s a solution offered within the settings of that plugin.

If that’s not an option, I’m thinking you could use a plugin like Currency Converter Widget. This plugin will convert prices on the store from one currency to an other, but only for display purposes. Customers will still be charged using the store’s base currency.
