Perfect, thank you – the HTML add-on worked!
Hi Victor,
Thank you. Do you know if / when updates like this might be released? We would rather stick with your plugin if for no other reason than consistency across our clients’ sites.
Thanks again
Hi Victor,
Thank you. We had those settings set on the test site so it looks like the plugin doesn’t quite do what we want it to. Ideally when on a category page that is only showing sub-categories and no products, we didn’t want the filter to appear because it wasn’t doing anything and just would confuse customers.
Thank you for your support though.
Hi Victor,
Ah ok, thank you.
Just to be clear, we have a list of Woocommerce Product Tags attached to products. All of these options appear as tick boxes in the Filter Pro widget so even, for example, if we are on a category page with no ‘red’ products, the ‘red’ tick box filter still appears.
I was hoping that only available product tag options would appear when relevant products were being displayed in the category that we are viewing.
Thanks again
Hi Victor,
Thank you for your reply. My question wasn’t really a support one, rather a feature query. Is it possible to do what I’ve described in the thread with the Pro version? If so then I’ll grab another license for the new site but if it’s not, I’ll need to find an alternative plugin.
Kind regards
We are having the same issue. Were you able to resolve this?

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] MASSIVE LOGFILES!I don’t understand why you will not provide a solution here, where others with exactly the same issue can read it and sort out the problem on their own sites. Otherwise, why have this support forum at all?
Seems completely nuts to me, unless of course you privately want to force everyone onto your ‘new’ platform…
I’m guessing you are correct. It looks like we will have to find a new calendar plugin…
Hi Alex,
Thank you. I’ve tried using a different theme and that seems to work so we’ll have to look at upgrading that I think – the current one is quite old now anyway so it needs doing.Thank you for your help.

In reply to: [Responsive Lightbox & Gallery] A bug with the new WP 6.5I’ve just switched over to https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/simple-lightbox/ and this one is working really well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Layout issue on checkout – two columnsHello @shameemreza,
Thank you for your reply.
I tried what you suggested but no joy I’m afraid. I have added some code to the site to resolve two of the issues though. Just one more which I am stuck on now which is that on the /cart page, the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button text is under the button itself. It looks like there is a <br> in the code which is knocking the button label down a line so that it is appearing under the button itself.
If you get a chance and could take a look for me, I would be grateful. I will contact Elementor support now as well in case it is an issue on their end.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Layout issue on checkout – two columnsHello,
Thank you for taking a look. I’m afraid I did try that and tried the site on a couple of machines. I tried again today and still the same issue I’m afraid. When I have an item in the cart and go to the checkout page, the sections were still out of line.
If you would be able to take another look, I would be grateful. If it is not possible to fix, is there a way to change the layout from ‘grid’ to a single column?
Many thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping zones | limiting to postcodesHello,
Thank you for your message. I am assuming that you added that postcode to your site and saw the desired result?
Here is the screenshot from the admin area: https://snipboard.io/hQyH6Z.jpg
However when I enter one of those postcodes into the frontend, this shipping method is not used. However if I clear the post codes from the ‘Zone regions’ section and then enter the same postcode again in the frontend, that shipping method is selected.
It does not matter what I enter into the ‘Zone regions’ section in terms of postcodes, that shipping method is only selected if no postcodes are entered.
Hope that makes sense!
Hello,
Thank you for your help with this. I am pleased to say that following your thorough advice, things are now working!
You are a hero, thank you!
Hello Tamrat,
Thank you for your reply. Apologies for the slow response, I have been working through your suggestions. Unfortunately it still seems to be stuck on the ‘Currently syncing orders… 1906 pending’ message.
I’ve put a system report here: https://pastebin.com/YWLHMwCXIf you could take a look I would be grateful.
Many thanks
