    Hello,

I have set ‘Load JS Deferred’ to ‘Disabled’ and ‘Optimise for Guests Only’ to ‘Off’. The virus scan is now coming back with just one error: JavaScript virus injection too many %

Is there anything that I can do to remove that issue do you know?

Thank you for your help so far.

Yes I understand that but the site is getting flagged as infected by five different sites so I need to be able to remove this somehow. What changes can I make to Litespeed in order to remove these please?

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to me. I tried turning both of those settings off and tried the scan again but then received more ‘infected’ alerts, including:

JavaScript virus injection Reason: encoded data:text/javascript Code: script type=”text/javascript” src=”data:text/javascript;base64,alF1ZXJ5KGZ1bmN0aW9uKCl7alF1ZXJ5LmFqY

JavaScript virus injection Reason: encoded data:text/javascript Code: script type=”text/javascript” src=”data:text/javascript;base64,alF1ZXJ5KGZ1bmN0aW9uKCl7d2luZG93LkZvc

    Very odd!

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I checked the settings in ‘Page Optimisation’ | ‘JS Settings’ and we were using the ‘Advanced’ preset so the settings were:

    JS Minify – On
    JS Combine – Off
JS Combine External and Inline – Off
    Load JS Deferred – Deferred

I then disabled all of those, cleared the cache and tried again but the same issue was being reported.

I then tried some more and applied the ‘Basic’ preset. The error wasn’t reported then so it appears that there is a difference between the ‘Basic’ and ‘Advanced’ presets that is causing the issue.

    Kind regards

    Hi Kris,

Thank you for getting back to me. I’ve been playing around with it all day and just can’t figure out what is going on. I’ve followed all of the steps that you mentioned but it’s still doing it I’m afraid.

Is there anything else that I can try or are you able to take a look for me please?

    Many thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for coming back to me. I don’t think I’m explaining it very well still.

Here is an example which I’ve found online. If someone selects ‘Internal Door’ from the first set of options, some variations are displayed below: https://jt-group.co.uk/site-files/2022/example1.jpg

If however they select ‘External Door’, different variations are listed instead:

    Hi,

Thank you. I can’t work out how, if ‘Option 1’ is selected though, how only variations ‘variation1’ and ‘variation2’ will be displayed but if I select ‘Option 2’ is selected, only variations ‘variation3’ and ‘variation4’ will be displayed.

In other words, how can I filter which variations options are displayed, based on the ‘master’ variation selection?

    Hi,

Thank you. I’m familiar with standard variations but can’t see how to do what I need. I probably did not explain myself very well.

As a further explanation, what I would like customers to do is select either ‘Option 1’ or ‘Option 2’

If they select ‘Option 1’, the ‘colour’ variation would be displayed and they could choose red, blue, orange.

If they select ‘Option 2’ only the size variation would be displayed and they could choose small, medium or large.

    Does that make more sense?

    Thanks again

Thank you for taking a look but it doesn’t look like that plugin will help. We’re looking for a plugin that you can enter a page number into and ‘jump’ to that page.

Unless I am mistaken, I don’t think your plugin provides this functionality?

    Kind regards

    Hi Juan,

    Thank you for your reply.

What I don’t seem to be able to work out is how I can have a single product which has ‘single’ and ‘double’ variations, each with a different price for example…

If I have a product called ‘Super Mattress’ that comes in single size for £1 and double size for £2, how can I have a link to the ‘Double Mattresses’ category that displays the ‘Super Mattress’ in double size at £2.

Is this possible? i.e. what I want to do is display a different price on the category page, depending on what the category is.

    Kind regards

Apparently turning off image cropping in the ‘Divi’ theme Woocommerce options fixes it!

Sorry, I fixed it straight after posting but hopefully it may be useful to someone else.

    Hi edanzer,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I copied the shortcode from this page: https://justifiedgrid.com/sources/nextgen-gallery/random-images/

What I am trying to achieve is have a gallery with some particular images but when the gallery is viewed, the images are displayed in a random order. Each time the page is reloaded, the images should refresh and be displayed in a different, random order.

Do you know if this is possible?

    Kind regards

    James
