Hola Luciano! Hace dos o tres actualizaciones del plugin de MP en el que ya solucionaron este issue. No volví a tener problemas respecto al estado del pedido. Por las dudas fijate si está bien configurado el tipo de producto en Woocommerce. Sls!

Yes, issue only appeared when paying with Mercado Pago so I´ve already made a post there. Was told they´re working on the solution.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order status goes back from “complete” to “processing”Hi @senff after checking several time with different payment gateways (PayPal, Mercado Pago) found out issue is strictly related with Mercado Pago.
I assume Woocommerce default process for virtual/downloadable product (autocomplete) only works for native or embedded payment gateways as PayPal but not for third plugin gateways which are integrated with Woocommerce such as Mercado Pago.
You can check both cases with pic below. When Mercado Pago gateway takes place orders goes from “completed” to “processing”.

Hi Nayeem, php code modification suggested by you is not working.
Before changing php file I only had one case as an enrollment error but after modifying code, all new enrollments were blocked. In fact there was no link between Woocommerce and Tutor, Tutor doesn´t know there was a purchase in associated Woocommerce product.
Will wait for further comments or plugin update.

Hi Nayeem, sorry to cut in but currently having the same issue.
In my case some purchases were OK but others show same error. Students cannot access the courses they have paid for.
I have the latest Tutor version and already done above changes in .php but still not working.

This student should have two enrolled courses, but the second is not showing at all.

The thing is I have both issues:
1) virtual/downloadable products don´t change automatically to “completed” status after payment is done, they remain in “processing” status;
2) also have virtual/downloadable products cases where status goes from “completed” to “processing”.Only common thing between these two, is payment gateway is Mercado Pago for Woocommerce (other plugin).
Do you think this might be causing trouble? Not tried with other gateway yet.

Hola! Mismo problema. Producto virtual y descargable al aprobarse el pago van a estado “completado” y luego vuelve a estado “procesando”. Se puede forzar descarga de archivos, pero el virtual (curso) no puede iniciarse.
Alguna solución?

P.D. Sólo pasa con Mercado Pago, no con PayPal
Just to leave as a learning for anyone that could use it. Had to modify Yoast configuration by inserting a “post singular” snippet in LearnPress archivo courses page. It´s a partial solution but it works. Hope it helps. See you..
