JS Defer – Optimize web speed

Hi Frank, thanks for doing such a great work with this plugin.

I am optimizing my web speed with your plugin and Autoptimize as well but PageSpeed still throws there´s a Defer parsing of JavaScript issue pending to be done (GT Metrix).
