Thanks for this ntm. I have found it extremely useful – I think!
We will see if things track into iTunes but fingers crossed. It is the only information I have been able to glean from the net for two weeks on how to adequately deal with the issue and I can’t thank you enough.

I am also having a problem trying to figure this out.
Am using “Sharepointlike” theme.
Not sure if I need to use a HTML code for it or what I do in order to load an banner/logo in the header.

I basically want to put my own logo in the place where the current header is. I think I know WHERE to do it, but not HOW to do it. 🙁
Also have found that since I added adsense, there is now a grey border around each webpage which I am not sure how it came up or changed from what I had previously.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
