In reply to: [WooCommerce] Removing menu itemsSorry, I fixed it by changing the menu locations…
Sorted no. 1. I had page access set to members only, hence the redirect to the membership page.
I realise you can’t see the pages because you need to login, so here’s a screen shot of where the newsletter-subscription page redirects to: https://prnt.sc/tw0z0w
I tried a few tests and it seem that the only way I can use a custom management page and have it display the right page is to leave out the shortcode… Which kinda defeats the purpose!
I wouldn’t mind leaving it set to the mailpoet page if I could edit the styling… Is that possible? Really, I’d just prefer it to work as it should.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Problems with event displaying incorrect infoJust in case anyone else has this problem, the fix follows:
Uncheck the following checkbox then the Simple WordPress plugin won’t use that function:
Simple Membership -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Use WordPress Timezone

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Problems with event displaying incorrect infoHi Andras
I followed the instructions and it helped, thank you. I found the conflicting plugin was the Simple WordPress Membership one. Unfortunately I’m running a membership site so I can’t leave it deactivated. However, I will be contacting the developers about the problem. Thanks again.

EvaYou can see the default images displaying on my page here:

In reply to: [BetterOptin] Trouble installingHi Julien
I already had it installed and once I tried to reactivate it, the error displayed. You were right though… I reuploaded the file it said was missing, which was actually there, and it worked. 😉

In reply to: [BetterOptin] Trouble installingHi Julien
I just had to reinstall wordpress manually because my website was hacked and when I tried to reactivate betteroptin plugin, I received this error:
Fatal error: Class ‘WPBO_Titan’ not found in /home/myfreesa/public_html/theshores/wp/wp-content/plugins/betteroptin/better-optin.php on line 68
Do you know how I can fix that?
Kind regards

In reply to: [BetterOptin] Trouble installingJulien, just for your info, I had to temporarily deactivate your plugin for now while I try to get any exit popup plugin working. My clients weren’t happy to have it displaying and not working properly… I’d love you to find a solution and appreciate you working on it.
Kind regards

In reply to: [BetterOptin] Trouble installingHi Julien
I’ve talked to the developer of clean talk and he can’t find a problem either. Although I deactivated that and tried submitting the form again. Same return url. No users are being added to the database unfortunately…
Kind regards

In reply to: [BetterOptin] Trouble installingHello again,
I was reading through your documentation for better optin and realised that my settings page only has 1 tab General and no mail chimp or wordpress tab. Has the software changed or is there something wrong with my installation?
Some of the links on this page, like the shortcode link, don’t work…
https://support.themeavenue.net/getting-started/I’ve been deactivating plugins and trying then reactivating them again and still no difference in my popup behaviour once the form is submitted. I’m thinking maybe because I don’t have the WordPress settings set because there’s no tab for it displaying, that’s the problem?
Regards
Eva
