I just installed MailPoet 3 Premium (New) v3.0.89 on Windows 10 & WordPress 5.4.2 and I have a few questions.

    1. Custom manage subscription page issue:
In settings I want to use a custom manage subscription page and I have added the shortcode [mailpoet_manage_subscription] to a simple newsletter subscription page. I have selected this custom page from the dropdown menu in MailPoet settings, however when I preview the page or go to the actual page, it displays the wrong page!

    The page I’ve set is:
    https://smartaussies.com.au/newsletter-subscription/

    The page that displays is:
    https://smartaussies.com.au/memberships/?noaccess=1?noaccess=1

I deleted that page, which is why an error displays. How can I get the right page to display? BTW, I tried the same thing for the next 2 unsubscribe field pages & they work fine.

Here is a screenshot of the settings: https://prnt.sc/tut81e

    2. List display issue:
I only want to use the wordpress users list on my membership site, however the manage subscription page doesn’t display the list name for that. How can I get it to display the list name so members know which list the action is referring to?

Here is a screenshot of the front end: https://prnt.sc/tut928

    3. Confirmation email:
I was reading through help and it said you may not want to send a confirmation email to members of a membership site if you only use the wordpress users list. However it doesn’t give you the opportunity not to send confirmation emails in the settings… Does that change if you buy the full version?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I realise you can’t see the pages because you need to login, so here’s a screen shot of where the newsletter-subscription page redirects to: https://prnt.sc/tw0z0w

I tried a few tests and it seem that the only way I can use a custom management page and have it display the right page is to leave out the shortcode… Which kinda defeats the purpose!

I wouldn’t mind leaving it set to the mailpoet page if I could edit the styling… Is that possible? Really, I’d just prefer it to work as it should.

Sorted no. 1. I had page access set to members only, hence the redirect to the membership page.

    Hello @evieb,

Thanks for writing. Answering your questions:

    2. List display issue: I only want to use the wordpress users list on my membership site, however the manage subscription page doesn’t display the list name for that.
WordPress Users is a special list created by MailPoet that contains all of the existing WordPress user accounts on your website. You should create a separate subscriber list for your newsletters. See Ref: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/133-the-wordpress-users-list

    3. Confirmation email: it doesn’t give you the opportunity not to send confirmation emails in the settings
Signup confirmation is enforced if you send with the MailPoet Sending Service. See Ref:
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/128-why-enable-signup-confirmation-double-opt-in

    Thanks,
