Please ignore this (I’m too late to remove it) … I see this right at the end of the error message “{“TotalSize”:”1.97GB”,”Status”:{“TotalSize”:”Fail”}}}[PHP ERR][ISSUE] MSG:Using ${var} in strings is deprecated, use {$var} instead [CODE:8192|” – could that be the problem do you think?

Hi, thanks for your response. I have downloaded the zip file via the ‘Get Diagnostic Data’ button but I only see two files in it – phpinfo.html and a small serverinfo.txt file, I don’t see any diagnostic file. The error report I see after a failed scan is many hundreds of lines long (6MB file), I have copied it to Notepad but I don’t know what I’m looking for to find a potential cause of the problem. Is there anything you can suggest please?
I rolled back to WC 8.9.3 and the site was fixed. It’s available to download at https://developer.woocommerce.com/releases/
Update: as others have said here, reinstalling WC 9.0.0 also works 🙂

I updated my original request to confirm I had to remove Events from the search because their timestamp was causing the issue. I will try to find a workaround for that but so long as the main posts & pages are indexed the client is happy. Best, Sarah

Thanks, I’m sure my client would be happy to use the paid version if that’s the case, it has certainly helped bring in business from overseas in the past, I will discuss it with him.

I have got it to work by hiding rather than disabling the submit button (thank you for that suggestion @mardoek) but that’s not really what the client wants. Rolling back is the only way to go I guess 🙁

In reply to: [Testimonial Rotator] Author information cannot be editedI believe there could be a clash with some other plugin you may be using James; I have now removed this plugin and uploaded another called ‘Strong Testimonials’ and am getting the self same problem with the text box (in Visual). However this Testimonial Rotator continues to work well on three other of my websites.
