In reply to: [Testimonial Rotator] Author information cannot be editedSame problem here James, but I found it’s because everything in that box is ‘white’ text so if you enter author information anyway and then highlight it you will see that it’s there, and it will show on the front end. It’s just rather annoying.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping Zone/Regions – receiving wrong error messageThank you Piotr, I really appreciate your help but now I am using ‘My Custom Functions’ plugin to make adding the code easier (for me) and with the addition of } it still creates a “fatal error”. However the plugin does not tell me which fatal error 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping Zone/Regions – receiving wrong error messageThank you both; first I installed the ‘Say What?’ plugin suggested by @ospiotr but was having trouble finding the correct WooCommerce folder to identify the correct .php string and text domain. Then @jablonowski came in with some code which would be a much easier way for me to achieve results I think, but adding the .php code to my child theme functions.php resulted in a 505 error message. Perhaps this code needs to go direct into the WooCommerce functions.php file? I am not very confident using .php so forgive the question!

Now he wants to go online and I will have some questions because I have had trouble presenting the Question page as the client wishes.
I have just upgraded to Pro version 1.0.6.
My first question is very basic because I am not too familiar with editing plugins/php etc: I have the dw-question-answer plugin AND the dw-question-answer-pro files in should I be changing php files in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/ – is that right? And which set of php files should I be editing – in dw-question-answer or dw-question-answer-pro?
