I clicked on “browse” at the top and edited the one that said, “siteurl”

That’s what the main page looks like. I clicked on “wp-options” like you said and it took me here:

Also yes, after I fix this, I think the first thing I’m going to do it upgrade to 2.5.1 🙂

In reply to: Index automatically scrolls downWell, if anyone’s interested, I finally fixed the problem by disabling all of my plugins, clearing my cookies, and then enabling them again.
I’m sure this didn’t fix the problem for everyone else viewing my page, though.
