EricUnfortunately, I haven’t used that theme myself so I’m not sure why it’s causing problems. Could you try getting in touch with the theme developers? You can tell them that it looks like the
window.onloadevent is not being fired — they should understand what you’re referring to. Tell them I’m happy to work with them towards a resolution; they can reach us via our Support page.Cheers,

Read the notes below which show how to add this to your site. You will need to be using the child theme.
Realized I never replied to this. There is a code snippet you can use to enable this:
Add that to your child theme’s functions.php file.
