Hi @bauerbach, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I also want to clarify that Jetpack offers many other free features such as the Jetpack Blocks, Jetpack WAF (Web Application Firewall), all the features listed on the modules page, etc… Some features like Social, Boost, and Search are available on a freemium basis, with a generous free level access to add value to the sites. We do have subscriptions to access premium features and certain products as they require technical and human resources to maintain and develop; I hope you’ll understand.
If you were interested in Jetpack for some specific reasons or goals, feel free to let us know so we can advise.
Hi @saowp, please try clearing your browser cache and/or test using a different browser.

Hi @saowp, can you first login to WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/log-in/, then use the Jetpack contact form?

In reply to: [Jetpack VideoPress] VideoPress won’t let me upgrade on a self hosted site.Hi @jagseven, I’ve resent the message, please check the inboxes for any email addresses that you’re using to manage the site.
What’s happening here is that you bought the VideoPress license under a WordPress.com account which is not connected to the site, so you’ll either need to connect the account to the site, or contact us from the email address who purchased the license and request that we move it to the correct account. You can check which account is connected under My Jetpack, in the Connection section (see guide).
