In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cannot get rid of updated database messageHi @dcwebman, the message will always re-appear if the data update isn’t applied. Not doing so might also create some conflict as it won’t be in-sync with the latest WooCommerce version. Else, using Vankaa’s gist looks like a good workaround.

Are you saying it’s happening only for products to which you’ve added a sale price, after you’ve done the WooCommerce update?
Could you please paste a copy of your site’s System Status here (you can find it via WooCommerce > Status).
Also, could you try testing by turning off all plugins aside from WooCommerce, and see if the issue is still there?
