No worries and thank you for posting! I definitely agree that the JS error is likely causing the lightbox issue, as I am having a similar problem with other gallery plugins as well. I think the issue may stem from within the theme’s primary code, because I keep seeing the same error in the dev tools console for them too, but please let me know what you find.

I cleared both caches and while the first image appears, the arrows don’t work to scroll through the slides and when I click on the first image, it opens the image file in a new tab.

I’m giving up and finding a different plugin. This is not worth my time.
Disabling Lazy loading may have fixed the issue.
Edit: Disabling Lazy loading made the images appear but the galleries still don’t function properly and when clicking on the primary thumbnail, only the one image appears, not in a lightbox or a new page.
- The arrow buttons in the the Image Viewer layout don’t make the next photo appear.
- The Single thumbnail layout does not let any of the other image be viewed.
- The Carousel layout does not show up at all.
I chose these three layouts because I know my boss will like these three the most out of all the options so I’m hopeful I can get at least one of them in working order.
The error codes in the console did not change.
Edit2: I am also not able to change the theme as this is the theme my boss has chosen to stick with.
