https://yadi.sk/i/aE2LtbK1c0h2pQ – yes, this setting was turned on, but after login user gets to this page https://pro-akcii.ru/login/ – because it was just an active page page!
I’ll try to explain again:

1) e.g. User was here https://pro-akcii.ru/akciya-preobrazis-s-danissimo/ (random post)
2) He wants to login
3) He clicks on login link
4) https://yadi.sk/i/svH7emtE_gWDvQ (login url becomes an active page due to your settings)
5) https://yadi.sk/i/On2y8jFthx0R5A (so your plugin just refresh the login page!)

It did’t help. The problem is not with other plugins or theme

Got it – problem is with russian localization!
I enabled English language, and problem gone

But I can’t use English locale because all names became English.

Its absolutely impossible – site won’t be working without some other plugins. Switching the theme is impossible too.
