    That might be a conflict. Can you please clear your browser cache or check in the Incognito/private mode?

    If the issue persists, please try deactivating all other plugins and switch the theme to the default Twenty Twenty theme temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

    Its absolutely impossible – site won’t be working without some other plugins. Switching the theme is impossible too.

    It did’t help. The problem is not with other plugins or theme

    Got it – problem is with russian localization!
    I enabled English language, and problem gone

    But I can’t use English locale because all names became English.

    It seems a strange issue. Can you please check the error log of your site for any error related to the Email Subscribers plugin?

    Also can you please confirm if Workflow options are not disabled from WordPress screen option like this?
