I did set up the site. But I’m not using Multisite.

They said that it would take a decent coder 30 minutes to restore my admin privileges. Eek!
I think that the problem was that I upgraded my membership level on my site (there are different levels of membership depending on the monthly fee and I was testing the payment), so that changed my role.
I couldn’t deactivate the plugin via the dashboard because I can’t access it. I did change the name of the plugin folder from the Cpanel but that didn’t do it.
I also contacted the plugin and they suggested a super admin role. How do I do this?
