Lost admin access

I’m having a problem with my admin access and screen. When I log onto http://www.website.com/wp-admin/, I only see these on the menu on the left: Dashboard, Posts, Comments, Profile and Tools. I can’t see the other options! I tried googling the situation and it sounded like my admin access changed somehow. But I have no idea how. I only have one theme that I installed weeks ago (aside from the ones that came with WP) and two plugins (ultra user lite and ultra user pro). I have been able to use the admin screen since the latest installation of the plugin and it was fine. I don’t know how and why it suddenly changed. I am the only person working on the site, so it wasn’t that someone changed my admin access.
Can someone please help?
