Based on your description, it sounds like you might have reached your YouTube API quota. Perhaps you’ve received more traffic or embedded more galleries than usual?

Either way, this appears to be a javascript issue that’s specific to your site. Do you get errors down in your browser console when both plugins are activated? To determine this, right click anywhere on that page that has the Kadance tabs, and click “Inspect.” Then click on “Console,” and with this console tab open, refresh the page. You’ll likely see some console output. Copy it all and paste it here.
