Hi,
Perhaps you can think back as to what had changed since when it was working. Did you install a new plugin, theme, or make a new setting on one?
The YouTube API quota limit has significantly dropped over the last few years and has made this kind of thing a tough notion. We may still explore some level of search in the future though.
Sorry, but the image you provided doesn’t help. Please provide a link the actual page with the issue.
Hello?
Hello?
If you log into your WP admin and go to that page, it will have a detailed error. Please share. It is likely that you may have not configured your YouTube API key correctly; see for instructions: https://www.embedplus.com/how-to-create-a-youtube-api-key.aspx
Or, you have exhausted your YouTube API quota.
Please share the detailed error.
Hello?
It’s likely a a theme issue given IE 11 does things fine for us.
Hi,
What browser? Are you running any browser extensions? How are you making an anonymous session? Perhaps you can share a short video as well.
Please give specific details as to where to find such a gallery on this page you provided: https://linkmotto.com/mymotto/
It would be tough to diagnose in this setting, but one thing we also suggest trying is to check this option in the plugin’s Compatibility tab and then reset your caches:
Save Settings with AJAX: new Turn this option off if you are having trouble saving your settings.
Yes. Apparently, WordPress 5.4 affected a lot of themes in this manner. We can add a patch for this issue to the next version. In the meantime, you can add this custom CSS to your theme:
.epyt-video-wrapper {
margin-bottom: 1em;
}Hi,
These are the two options:
Closed Captions: Turn on closed captions by default.Player Localization / Internationalization: Automatically detect your site’s default language (using get_locale) and set your YouTube embeds interface language so that it matches. Specifically, this will set the player’s tooltips and caption track if your language is natively supported by YouTube. We suggest checking this if English is not your site’s default language. See here for more details »
The plugin will automatically detect your sites default language for you so that you don’t have to explicitly put in any special code.
In fact, all you should have to put if you’ve checked these two options is:

Perhaps you can send us an email given that we’d need sensitive information to investigate. See the support tab of the plugin for that address.
The last time we heard of such an issue, the user had a plugin that had not be updated for years causing the problem. Perhaps you can try deactivating plugins one-by-one to see what’s going on.
