We don’t exactly follow the question. Which URL are you pasting and into which browser?We’re debating putting one somewhere obvious in the admin settings. You can, however, find one in the not-live content entry box in the livestream settings area at the bottom of the defaults tab.
What’s the channel you’re using for the live stream and what did you enter for the fall-back (not-live) content?
Heads up, quite often, these issues are due to an invalid YouTube API key. If you made one with an IP restriction, for example, that often causes issues versus an HTTP referrers one. Here’s a page that is somewhat old but has tips that still matter:

What happens if you turn your phone in landscape mode with auto-rotate on, then scroll down to the video, play and full-screen it? That is, don’t start in normal/portrait mode.
