Hey. You’re using the default grid gallery option. On top is the player and below are thumbnails, so the current video isn’t really showing twice. The thumbnail is there because your visitors may want to get back to that first video sometime later after they’ve watched one of the others. Without that thumbnail, there would be no way to find that video again. This plugin is YouTube focused and therefore does not have any hosting requirements. YouTube/Google hosts the videos free.Perhaps there’s a plugin that’s affecting the normal behavior of ours. Perhaps deactivate one by one since just removing the YouTube API key won’t cause such an odd behavior.

We see your challenge. Right now the easiest solution is to create a separate YouTube channel for the departments. This will actually benefit you if want the plugin to automatically pick up on a new livestream if you have not scheduled one for a while and then do.Hi,
