Again. Wrong forum as those problems are no where related to this plugin.
The pro version allows this to happen.
Label names cannot be changed for the following(pro and free version):
Address 1 Address 2 City Postal Code Stateyou can hide the address fields for digital products with the pro version
Address fields are:
Address 1
Address 2
City
Postal Code
Stateand to hide the shipping address, set the product to a virtual good.
If this is the pro version issue please use the plugin forum
and if its the free version please provide pictures of what you experiencing and website url.
