The conditional field works by entering a field as the parent field, then adding children to that field, so when the parent is selected, the children fields will show. This can help you create a tax field, asking if they are tax exempt and then a follow up field will show to enter the information.

Goto your dashboard >> Settings >> WooCommerce Checkout Manager
can you goto Plugins >> WooCommerce Checkout Manager >> click the “edit” button >> look to the top and copy and paste the name that is in bold here.
Is all of your abbreviation names different?
It is not possible, granted that the item would need to be paid for or an e-mail is required for the customer to received the receipt.
