    Hi,

    Sorry, it wasn’t a typo.
    I’ll try to explain myself better.
    We use your plugin together with “Woocommerce PDF Invoices Italian Add on”.

    I reached out to you for help because I thought that the fact invoices are not being automatically numbered could affect the generation of the .xml files (made by this other plugin).

    As you suggested, I checked when the PDF invoice number is assigned and I confirm this happens whenever an order is being completed.
    Nevertheless, if I check a completed order I can see no invoice number has been assigned.

    Also, I wanted to ask if the customization of the email sent to user when his profile is approved is a Pro feature only. If it is, would it be possible to translate its content without going PRO?

    Ho controllato e lo stato dell’ordine è stato modificato da “In sospeso” a “completato”, ma purtroppo non è possibile esportare la fattura.
    Il pagamento è stato effettuato con PayPal.

    Quale potrebbe essere la causa? Il problema si presenta, fortunatamente, solo in questo ordine.

    Hi Tim!

    I just run a connectivity test.
    Unfortunately, I’m having trouble with uploading the screenshot (…feeling super stupid).
    I hope it’s ok to just write down what I see:

    Inside the grid, all status are OPEN and green coloured.
    For the first three sockets (mail.everseensa.com:25 – mail.everseensa.com:465 – mail.everseensa.com:587 ) everything looks green and ok.

    I get three warnings in the second part of the test result:
    1) port 25 can be used for SMTP to mail.everseensa.com. Warning: connected to frisbee.host instead of everseensa.com
    2) port 587 can be used for SMTP to mail.everseensa.com. Warning: connected to frisbee.host instead of everseensa.com
    3) port 465 can be used for SMTP to mail.everseensa.com. Warning: connected to frisbee.host instead of everseensa.com

    Hope I included enough details for you to help me.

    Hi Tim,

    First of all thank you for the quick answer.
    I tried, as you suggested, to set my authentication method to “Login” instead of “Plain”, but I still keep on getting the error of “incorrect authentication data” in the log.
    Also, I checked and you’re right: we are using cPanel server for the SMTP.

    Here’s the diagnostic test i just run (hope it’s useful):
