Actually, the Google +1 button is included in the plugin.
The that=this; is part of the GA tracking to track the URL where each icon click came from.
Do you know if the Google Analytics is being installed in the header, or elsewhere in the site?
Could you show an example of where you have this installed and are getting a problem? Also, are you using a Windows server by chance?
This is a known issue and we’re working on a security upgrade for this right now. We hope to have the new version released soon!
Yes, they will show up in a Feedburner RSS feed.
If the analytics function is causing issues, first check to make sure you have the current (asychronous) version of analytics in the header code of your site. We have the option to turn off analytics because it doesn’t work with the old (urchin) Google analytics code.
This is a known issue with certain versions of Windows servers (which we don’t support) — which I’m guessing is why you’re seeing it.
There are options in the Trackable Sharing admin to set which pages the icons show up on. Depending on how your theme is set up, the home page will be either Home Page or Category and Archive Pages. You can easily test by just checking both.
Similarly you can have the icons show up on the pages by checking the Pages box in the Trackable Sharing admin.
Yup, send the screenshot to bwood@ecreativeworks.com
Did you set up Google Buzz via a custom button? (Because buzz is not one of the default options).
If you go to the Trackable Sharing in your admin the very top will be a section labeled “Buttons:” and this comma separated list will determine what buttons appear on your posts. Just below the box to enter the buttons is a list of all of the default options and how the text needs to appear (if you misspell it or leave out the comma, it won’t show).
If you are using custom buttons instead of the default buttons, try creating a custom email button (even if it’s exactly the same).
Could you give the link to where you have the plugin installed? Also, are you using a Windows server?

In reply to: [Trackable Social Share Icons] code showing where buttons should beCould you share the URL where this is happening so we can take a look and try to find out what’s going on?
It appears that you have the width and height of your images set to 0, which is likely the cause of the problems : )
In the Trackable Sharing admin, there is an option “Button Size” — you can scale the button size there by entering dimensions, such as 24×24, or a percentage, such as 50%. For the default size, leave it at 100%.
Try entering a non-zero size there and see if that clears it up!
Could you tell us the URL of the site they’re on so we can take a look at what’s happening?
Hey Fanoop,
I am looking into this to see how we can get it corrected for your system. Unfortunately there isn’t any standard or raw HTML code that can be used at this time, however there is a function that you can place directly in the template code (<?php _trackableshare_embed(); ?>)Note there is also a widget if that would help any.
I will follow up as soon as I hear back from PageLines and how their “boxes” system works.
Thanks,
Mike
