In reply to: [Visual Slide Box Builder] Responsive pack 6 columnsHI, Im glad you liked the Responsive version. The 6 layout can be accomplished using the “inside a div” option. There you can create a class in CSS that has 16% width so the slidebox will automatically adjust to fit in. So 16% because 100/6 = more or less 16.

Well maybe you should had read the Compatibility FAQ http://wpvisualslideboxbuilder.com/faqs-2/ where clearly states the browsers and version this plugin has been tested and warranted to work on. If you honestly feel you got ripped of I would be more than happy to refund you your money as soon as you un-install the plugin. Honestly it is not worth the trouble for $9 🙂

This should be handled by the plugin that does the smooth scrolling. After all all that is a link with the #section-name. I would suggest you contact the author of that plugin for help, as this is beyond the scope of this plugin.

What you could do is wrap the shortcode inside a parent div and give the div a height, probably what happens is that when the page load it doesn’t calculate the dimensions correctly so by wrapping it inside a div with a height it should be fine.
