Thanks for the pointers, was scratching my head on that one for a while. The offending party was Better Analytics Plugin which has a check box option to add/remove these tracking parameters.
Very sorry, I seem to have found the wrong plugin to post this. Not yet tested contact forms yet with this plugin.

I am experiencing the same issue. I don’t have a paid account so the ticket options are only “Before you buy” and “iOS App”. Is there something I can do myself to fix this? Or should I go ahead and submit a ticket in any of those options?
