If you guys ever figure out what may be causing this temporary issue be sure to let me know.@onlyincebu Yup I have Redis, WP-rocket & clouflare. I cleared the last two. Perhaps it is a caching issue. It doesn’t make it less anoying though. A little stressy to see it happen. Are products visible on your end?
@suascat_wp I have a staging site with the plugins on the latest version. However not all issues show up on a staging site. I have had this happen to me before and after a while it seems to resolve itself. It is rather annoying though.

All plugins are updated but not woocommerce as I can only update it when it is safe to do so. There are too many sales now. Woocommerce updates often cause major issues.
I resaved the permalinks in wordpress and perhaps this will solve the issue.

I flushed the cache (redis, cloudflare & WP-rocket) a few times and now it seems like it is starting to change.

The +/- works on the product page but not on all items in the cart page.
Sometimes the “-” works on the first item in the cart but not on the second. Sometimes after a refresh none in the cart work.Thanks for checking for a solution

Edit: as I expected, the buttons only work on the first item in the cart. I added a third one and also here the buttons don’t do anything
Edit2: I went back to V1.19 and it all works again

It is a bad experience for customers. They don’t understand it as most large stores don’t use it (for good reason). Go to Ikea or any other webshop.Using a plugin is an extra risk as I am not sure it will be compatible with everything else.
@liamtools I have been using the free version far a year and I really think you should give it another try. Perhaps I should not defend a plugin I have no part in but I whish there were more developers like these guys. They add tons of free features and help.
If you want I can show you how I used it on my site for customers to: call, mail, chat, link to important pages, …
I really wanted to say this because they do NOT deserve a 1-star review. Give it a try.
Hi, I am currently using another SMTP plugin but I would consider using this one if it can authenticate to O365.
Edit: if it is also compatible with PHP 7.4

Noone will be pissed if you just say “hey guys sorry I have some issues causing delays”. Especially if it is free I understand. I just find the communication style a problem.

It is so anoying being told a fix is coming. But it never does. I never imagined a free plugin could get me this pissed.

I really don’t mind waiting but it is extremely anoying to wait for something that is “coming soon”. Plus I don’t know of any other plugin that marks issues as “resolved” without fixing them.
