Can you share the URL of your site with me, so that I can take a look at the problem?
I also having a problem after updating to V1.20
The +/- works on the product page but not on all items in the cart page.
Sometimes the “-” works on the first item in the cart but not on the second. Sometimes after a refresh none in the cart work.

Edit: as I expected, the buttons only work on the first item in the cart. I added a third one and also here the buttons don’t do anything
Edit2: I went back to V1.19 and it all works again

Can confirm, this is also happening on a site of ours as well. I have another issue which I will post separately.

Same, rolled back to 1.9 and the cart quantity buttons are working properly again.

I’m having the same issue with 1.2 – the first item in the cart responds to the +/-, but doesn’t fire the ‘Update Cart’ button, so the values don’t get saved, and only the +/- buttons on the first row/item work, the 2nd on don’t respond to clicks.
Hello @siteussia, @dyin, @viablethought & @ssmithalignsoftcom 👋 I just release version 1.21 and the plugin should now work again as expected. Sorry for not being able to address this problem earlier. I was in a transition into a new position and haven’t had time keeping an eye on this plugin. Also, sorry for the inconvenience due to the broken version 1.20. 😬

Thanks for the update, however, I just updated the same site to v1.23 and the buttons still don’t work. Had to roll back to v1.19 to get them working again.

@viablethought I just released version 1.24 and the buttons should work as expected now.
