@edwardcross I have some awesome news. The issue is fixed here. I even tested it live.
One minor new issue: now every message arrives twice in the inbox. No idea why that happensEdit: also for Woocommerce it works. Also same issue as for CF7: all mails arrive twice and are send twice. I did notice that the mail ended up in spam for the reciever (I used my @outlook.com adres as it is a really bad spam filter (too strict). It may end up in spam because of the double message.

We have again verified the source of the e-mails and compared it to the ones send before I installed this plugin. For some reason the “reply-to” is no longer present in the header. No other website changes were made.@pyiter Could my issue be related to a same cause (see post in the past)? I am really trying to figure out why the “reply-to” in the orders and contact forms are not usable in outlook.
@edwardcross I will keep on testing until I find the issue. The thing is: both woocommerce & CF7 “reply-to” mails have always been working. Even now if I disable your plugin it works again. Same goes for the alternative I was using before (WP mail bank). But that plugin was trowing PHP 7.4 errors and was totally unsecure because it is no longer maintained.
I hope I can find an issue but I haven’t managed to do so for over a month 🙁
I was even looking at the Graph API permissions to see if there is anything wrong there. Perhaps an option that is disabled as a security mesure in EU/Belgium. They are kinda strict here.@edwardcross I tested the 1.7.2 beta and it is behaving the exact same way. Mails are coming in authenticated & auto-replies/orders are send to the correct mail adres.
The reply-to adres is still our own mail iso the mail adres from the senderedit for extra context: all my plugins and wordpress are updated to the very last version (Woocommerce, Kadence Woocommerce mail designer, CF7, WPML, …)

@edwardcross I will give a try today. I love the perfect autentification but my boss won’t like me as much it I increase his workload after our summer closure 😀
@edwardcross I have reinstalled it several times and I keep having the same problem. It does not recognise the correct “reply-to” mail. The plugin works and there are no errors the the permissions. How would it normally identify the “reply-to” mail? Could it perhaps be a language issue?

So I added the url between brackets (‘url’) and deleted everthing linked to the background image (url and second options) from your code.
I am probably doing something wrong

In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] enlarged logo@britner This is the first thing I tried. I scaled down the image. The result is an even lower resolution stretch of the header logo (the same happens for the social sharing icons in the footer).
Strange that the outlook app is not included in tests. It seems to be a popular iOS app and is mostly considered as one of the best mail apps in iOS.@hannahritner I have tried sending feedback through the outlook app. Haven’t recieved a reply yet
