Nevermind. I found another plugin that works. It’s called Menu Image.

    Hello? Is this forum active?

Thanks for that effort, but unfortunately it didn’t work. It did add “Menu” under the 3 icon bar (supposed to replace the 3 bars), but did not do anything to change the look or position of the “hamburger” menu. I changed it back since it is live, but will keep trying to figure it out. Not sure why any of this has changed.

This site is built with the Customizr theme. It’s just REALLY customized.

Unfortunately that won’t work for me because I need to be able to customize the text and add images and Social Media icons in there. Not a huge deal though, because I think I am going to use Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin along with this theme. It might work out perfectly, even though there are some things that get a little funky while working with this plugin with this theme. But there are workarounds.

As for the sticky footer, I’m trying the different options out now. I was thinking about trying something like this in which I found for another theme per a Google search, but your suggestions look way easier. And I’m not sure if this would work with all themes anyway. Just hopeful your ideas work for my needs instead. I’ll let you know what I figure out.

Sure thing. Here’s a link to the site. The only thing I’m having issues with at the moment is the responsive navigation. And those issues are getting back to what is stated above. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hey Tom. I went ahead and tried that, but got confused and decided to try another way.It ended up putting First column, Second column, and Third column across the the screen above the footer widgets, so I see that it worked. I just didn’t know where to go from there.

On another Footer related note, is there a way to stick the footer and footer widgets to the bottom of the screen if there isn’t enough content to fill the screen? Thought maybe this was another thing dealing with Hooks?

Hmmm. I do have that add-on, but I’m not really familiar with how Hooks work. Even though I don’t know what this will do, I will give it a try and see what happens.

Actually, I could get by with the bottom 3 footers on all pages and the top 3 on just one page. So, I guess technically, I would only need 3 footers if you have a solution to the 3 columns above it.

Hi Tom. Sorry for the late reply. Client keeps changing things on me. Thanks for these links. I will give them a try and get back to you if I have any issues. You are such a great help with this theme!

Hi SeedProd. Thanks for the response. After you wrote this, I went back and checked again. It is now letting me view it under Editor. I don’t know what happened. I didn’t change anything and no, I’m not using any kind of caching, but it works now. Thanks for the quick reply. All is good!

Hey everyone. After a lot of searching and trial and error, I have found the solution to this. I found a site that explained it perfectly and the 1 change that I made worked. I went into the settings > media and changed everything to 0. Here are the quick directions from the site:

Stop using image size settings in WordPress to force yourself (or your client) to upload correctly sized images. Calculate the sizes you want your content area images to scale at individually and manually. This means you should not be trying to use an image that is “medium” size or “large size” in WordPress anymore. To disable this:

    Go to Settings > Media
Where you see the image size settings, turn all the values to zeros.
    Click to “Save Changes.”

Here’s a link to the site for all that they talk about.

Hope this helps someone in the future.

Hi Tom. Was wondering if you could help me figure this out again. Turns out I am creating a new site with this theme and now do want to turn off the mobile option for the navigation because there is only 1 menu item. However, this time it’s the main navigation, not the secondary nav, that I want to alter.

And on top of that, I would also like it to show up below the site logo instead of above it. Right now the menu is Float Right under Customize so that the logo is on the left and the menu item is on the right.

I have already downloaded the generate simple php plugin, so I’m ready to go there if needed.

Hopefully this all makes sense and sorry if this is a repeat question. I tried searching for this for a while and couldn’t find anything. Thanks in advance.

Kinda what I thought, but wanted to ask anyway. I will have to set up a YouTube channel for them and go that way. Much easier anyway. Thanks!

Hey Tom. Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I don’t think either of these will do the job. I want to have an image as the page header image and have that link to a video in my media library. The way these plugins work are with YouTube and Vimeo videos kind of like Easy FancyBox works. Which would be fine if my client had a YouTube or Vimeo channel, but they don’t. If you have any other suggestions I’d love to hear them. Otherwise I’ll try to figure something else out. Just let me know please.

    Thanks.
