In reply to: [Customizr] Extra Sidebar Widget?Thanks d4z. So, you think that would be better than trying to use what’s there or creating a new widget or something like that?
Did anyone ever get this figured out? I have the same issue with this plugin and Customizr. Before you ask, I can not give you access to this site as it’s under review with my client right now. Just need to know why the error message is coming up and also where to put the new code, since </head> doesn’t exist in the header.php file.
After looking this error up on Google, it seems that this message is appearing for more than just this one social media sharing plugin.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Shoot. I was hoping to use this plugin because I like it so much, but my client is wanting to have people share. like or retweet his posts directly from his site. May still use it because it is so awesome, but might have to ditch it for that one reason. Thanks for the feedback and let me know if anything changes.
Sorry, forgot to post this too.

And is it a good idea to do it for Facebook as well?
Ba dump, shhhhhh. Good one.
I just saw the info about API keys, but have a question: if this isn’t my Twitter account that I’m feeding, do I have to be logged in to Twitter under their username in order to get these codes? Or can I just be logged in to my Twitter account?
My bad again. I put that code into my own css and it didn’t work. I removed that and put it in the plugin css area and it’s back up and running.
I also just added this code to my CSS and it shut down the Twitter feed and gave me the same error as before.
Code
.fts-jal-fb-header {
clear: both;
display: none;
}Error for Twitter feed
Array
(
[0] => stdClass Object
(
[message] => Rate limit exceeded
[code] => 88
))
Oops, Somethings wrong. Rate limit exceeded.All I wanted to do was turn off the header in the Facebook feed.
That did it. I changed my php to 5.3 and the plugin was now able to be activated. Thank you so much!
On a totally different topic, I wanted to let other people know that when I went to put a FB and Twitter feed on the same page, it didn’t work. I had generated the FB shortcode, pasted it into one section of the page, and then did the same for the Twitter shortcode in a different section of the page. The Twitter feed did not work. So, I deleted the FB shortcode from the page, updated, and the Twitter feed showed up. Went back to the page and added the FB shotcode in the original area, updated, and there they both were. Not sure why, but I’m guessing you have to do the Twitter feed first?
Also, should I be correct in guessing this updates the feed every time something is posted to FB and/or Twitter?
Thanks a ton for your help!
I’m guessing I need to contact my hosting provider for that then?
Sorry, but I think I just found the PHP version. I think it’s 5.2.17 Does that sound right?
If you are asking which version of WordPress I am using, it’s 4.1.1. Not sure how to tell what version of php, if that’s not the question you’re asking.
I was hoping it wouldn’t be a conflict of plugins, because I am not going to be able to turn any off at this point, since I am using them for specific reasons with this site. And turning them off to check is not an option. I guess I will unfortunately have to try another plugin. Unless you see any of these that conflict with yours without having me turn them off to check:
Black Studio TinyMCE Widget
Captcha
Contact Form
Contact Form Multi
Easy FancyBox
Meta Slider
Page Builder by SiteOrigin
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
TinyMCE Advanced
Ultimate Social Media Icons and Share Plugin (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, Pinterest etc.)
Welcome to WordPressAs for the name, I think it might be a closed or restricted page, but will have to find that out from the person that owns it first and see if they want to make it public.

In reply to: [Plugin: Easy FancyBox] Hide YouTube Logos?Okay, so as of now the solution is to link the video to the Playlist within YouTube so that if the link is clicked, it goes to the channel instead of just to the video. However, now in the player in FancyBox, it automatically goes to the next video in the playlist, and then the next, and then the next, and so on. Anybody know a way to turn that function off and have it just stop at the end of the video?
