Anybody figure this out yet? This is a recurring problem on this support thread but I nobody seems to know how to fix it.
I’m having the same problem. I’ve installed this plugin and ran the analyzer for the mobile wordpress site, and the ads work fine. With the normal site I get the exact same message as jonjvaughn “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again.” I’ve tried repeatedly over many months and it’s always the same.
Could use some help.
Yes, it seems I have no tags (or categories either) visible in my posts. I checked in a different browser and on my phone in case it was a browser issue. But nothing shows up.
However, after Update the page a banner appears saying: Page updated. View page. When I click on that the Tags and Categories are visible at bottom of the page. But seems to be only to see them.
