In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack issueHi there
WHY am I still getting Jetpack emails from a site when I removed the site?!
https://selenagomez.net/ still has an active Jetpack connection. If you’d like to disconnect it, you can follow the first part of this guide:
* [How to disconnect Jetpack](https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#disconnecting-jetpack)
And when I go to view my sites its telling me I have 8 but only 4 are showing?
Do you mean on WordPress.com? It could be that some of your sites are set to hidden. You can read more about that here: https://wordpress.com/support/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility
Hi there
No, please don’t create a login, and please note that you should never offer to share login details on these forums.
It sounds like you’re referring to custom fields from Jetpack CRM? If so, you can get support for that via the plugin’s own forum:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/zero-bs-crm/
Or if you have a paid plan, you can open a support ticket via the Jetpack.com contact form.
Thanks
Hi there
Did you just disconnect from the WordPress.com side, or did you make sure to remove the WordPress.com application from Facebook/Twitter too? You can find instructions on that here:
https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/#reconnecting-facebook
https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/twitter/#reconnecting-twitter
Let us know if that helps.
Hi there
Sorry for the trouble here.
As a first step, would you please delete Jetpack and then reinstall it? You can follow these steps to do that:
1. Start at Plugins → Installed Plugins.
2. If Jetpack is currently active, click Deactivate to disable it. Then click Delete to remove it from your site:
3. Go to Plugins → Add New.
4. Search for “Jetpack by WordPress.com”.
5. Click Install and then Activate. When Jetpack is installed, click the green Set up Jetpack button to reconnect.
This handy guide explains that process in more detail:
https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#reinstalling-jetpack
You shouldn’t lose any settings or any of your stats or subscribers in doing so, as that info is stored in our system here.
Let us know if you still have trouble after reinstalling.
Thanks, I can see that it turned out to be an issue with the AMP plugin, and the contact form is now displaying as expected, so I’ll mark this thread resolved.
Hi there
We actually have a Github issue open about this, so hopefully it will be resolved in future. You can follow that issue for updates:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/5876
In the meantime, you would need to override Jetpack’s
.contact-form label spanstyles, using a more specific selector, like.wpcf7-form .contact-form label spanHope that helps!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack fake page viewHi there
When you say ‘immediately’ how long after publishing are you seeing those page views?
Since you have email subscribers, those views could be from your subscribers seeing the new post notifications in their email inbox.
Great. I forgot to mention, if you don’t have a paid plan, you can get support via the Jetpack CRM forum:
Hi there
It sounds like you’re referring to the Jetpack CRM plugin? That is supported via the Jetpack CRM forum:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/zero-bs-crm/
Or if you have a paid plan, you can submit a support ticket via this contact form.
Thanks.
Sorry for the delay, it can take a bit longer when we have a lot of tickets from users with paid plans. Thanks for your patience.
Hi there
I’m not sure what you’re referring to, as this doesn’t sound related to the Jetpack plugin.
Are you using Jetpack CRM? If so, you can get support for that via the Jetpack.com support page using this contact form.
Hi there. Since you have a Jetpack Backup plan, you can contact us via our official support site for faster support:
https://jetpack.com/contact-support/
I can see that you’ve already opened a ticket there and we are in the process of troubleshooting your issue, so I’ll mark this as resolved and you can continue to reply by email if you need more help.

Hi there
I can see that the form block is not being output on the page. Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the edit page so we can see what’s happening there?
