Hi there
I’m not 100% sure, but you could look into using something like Mailchimp to create an RSS campaign that will send your subscribers your latest posts. In this case as long as the new post is added to your RSS feed then it should get sent even if it’s a ‘re-published’ post.

Hope that helps!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Site health error messageHi there
This message indicates a possible issue with your site’s ‘cron’ system, which handles scheduled tasks on your site.
You can find a guide to resolving this here:

Thanks, I’ve reported this to our developers, and you can follow along for updates here:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack WordPress WarningHi there
We’re not aware of any files missing from the latest Jetpack release. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin to see if that helps?
What was the actual error message you saw on the page?
Thanks
Hi there
The related posts may be added from within the wpsl plugin itself. You can modify the code for WooCommerce products here to remove them:
https://jetpack.com/support/related-posts/customize-related-posts/#woocommerce
Instead of
is_productyou should be able to useis_singular('wpsl_stores')Hope that helps!
That sounds like it could be the culprit. I wonder if the zerospam plugin adds that list automatically perhaps.

Hi there
Can you check if your site has Jetpack Staging Mode enabled, as described here?
Hi there
Your Jetpack connection is looking good from our end now.
The only other reason I know of that contact form submissions would be sent to the bin is if they contained a word that is in the ‘Disallowed Comment Keys’ field in Settings > Discussion. Have you checked that?
Hi there
Sorry for the trouble. This is the expected behaviour. Deactivating Jetpack also removes the connection.
If you deactivate from the Plugins page on the site, you’ll see that the deactivate link for Jetpack says ‘Disconnect and Deactivate’:
And when you click it you’ll see a warning asking if you’re sure you want to disconnect.
If you deactivated plugins manually via the plugins folder then you won’t get any warning, but the site will still be disconnected.

Currently, we primarily provide support in English, but I can use a translation tool to assist you.
It sounds like you saw a ‘fatal error’ when updating Jetpack? Did the email you received provide any details about the error?
I can’t say for sure what caused that, but I do see a server error when testing your Jetpack connection.
There may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict.
I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please try the following:
– Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache.
– Then try reconnecting Jetpack again. If everything works ok, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, checking the Jetpack connection in between, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.If disabling plugins doesn’t help, it may be the theme.
– Temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty. Then try reconnecting Jetpack again. If everything works, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you can reach out to the theme developer for a fix.
Let us know how that goes.
