Where does Gmedia get the thumbnail size from? Cause I didn’t set it to 400×480 in media settings. I changed it to 400×277 via css so they are the proper size. There was also a css margin property that was also affecting how the thumbnails were getting displayed. I changed that as well.

In reply to: [Gmedia Photo Gallery] Bigger images of thumbnails displayed in lightboxOkay. I fixed this issue anyway by uploading bigger images in gmedia library.

In reply to: [Gmedia Photo Gallery] Bigger images of thumbnails displayed in lightboxNo, I mean the Phantom Lightbox. I suppose you can change the css for that as well, can you?
Yes you can close the topic now?
I just checked again and it is mostly working. By that I mean most pages are getting redirected to my custom 404 page Except wp-comments-post.php which is a non existent page and redirects to itself.
It is not the theme cause it started working again for a little while. I don’t know how. It is not working now again though after WP update 4.2.2. It is going to the wp-comments-post.php file instead.

In reply to: Does /category /categoryname/ still work in WP4.2There is also a problem with the rss aggregator I am using. It only started happening since the WP4.2 update. The issue is ever since the wordpress update the rss aggregator I use isn’t sorting the feed into the correct categories I assigned it anymore.
It worked before and I used for example http://www.example.com/category/recent-security-news/feed as one of the feed URL for one of the categories. Now I use http://www.example.com/category?cat=2 which is causing the problem with the aggregator.
I think the updated broke the category/categoryname structure in wordpress cause it is not working anymore.
It is not the 301 redirection plugin cause I just deleted it and tested the 404 page again and still the same thing happened.
okay. I am going to get rid of the redirection plugin I use and test the 404 page and see if it is that plugin causing the issue. The redirection plugin is 301 redirects. I will get back to you.
Does anyone know if the plugin author is working on a fix for wordpress v4.2? This is an urgent issue cause I can’t have incorrect pages bring up my news page instead of my custom 404 page.
Can someone respond please? This is kind of an urgent issue.
Just a heads up, I used the vim command recently to see if there is any hidden code in the files and I didn’t find any. I also used the ll command on each image file to see the last time it was modified and its size. All these image files that popped up in wordfence said the issue appeared 8 hours and 30 minutes ago but the files were last modified in march 2015. Some files even before that in 2014. So it looks like it is a false positive.
Do you know what wordfence looks for in images when it scans them? Can you provide a fix for this?
Yes, the warnings are gone now since v3.0.2. Thanks for your help
I just ran a scan recently with the ‘scan images as executable’ option selected and the image files came back. It doesn’t make that much of a difference, I am still seeing no code in the files when I click to ‘see how the file has changed’. Would restoring the files to the original version help instead of re-downloading the whole theme?
