Support issues happen. Right now, what I’m seeing is tremendous effort in competently mowing down issues. Everything you’ve done/are doing, the great work Lucas is doing. Visual Designer is by far the #1 page design tool and it’s a big win for everyone that Time.ly nailed it.

It would seem that on non-technical, non-feature related questions like this that are satisfactorily addressed, there is nothing to be gained or benefit derived for other support forum members by the original poster for keeping their question on the WP support forum site.
