One other thing I have two wordpress sites both hosted on different servers both running 4.7.3 One was a new install just yesterday, the other I have had for over a year, the new install is hosted on Ipage and that is the one with the problem the other one hosted on godaddy is fine the add new files work when you click on any of the tabs (Media, Library, or add new) the other site only if I click the add new tab directly
I had the same issue, it will however work if I click the add new link under the library tab to the left but if I try to add new from the library link page itself it will not work, I hope that made sense
